How it works
Three simple stages from application to closing. We keep you informed at every point and make sure you know what happens next.
-
Complete your application
Share the details about your finances, the property, and what you're looking for. You can do this online at your own pace, any time of day.
-
Get your pre-qualification
We review what you've told us and send you a clear picture of what you can borrow. No guessing, no surprises later.
-
Close your loan
Your loan officer handles the rest. We coordinate with the title company, the appraiser, and the seller's team so you don't have to.
Your loan, one person's attention
You will not be transferred between departments or passed to someone new halfway through. The person who answers your questions on day one is the person closing your loan. That consistency means faster decisions and fewer mistakes.
Common questions
We're here to answer what you need to know. If something is not listed here, call us. We answer on weekends too.
What documents do I need to provide?
You'll need recent pay stubs, tax returns from the last two years, and bank statements. If you're self-employed, bring profit and loss statements as well. We'll give you a full checklist when you apply so there are no surprises. Your loan officer will ask for anything else as we move forward.
How long does the process take?
From application to closing typically takes thirty to forty-five days. It depends on how quickly you can provide documents, whether the appraisal raises questions, and how fast the title company moves. Your loan officer will give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation and keep you updated as we go.
Can I apply on the weekend?
Yes. You can start your application any day of the week, any time. If you have questions while you're filling it out, call us Saturday or Sunday and we'll help you through it. We answer the phone because we know life doesn't stop at five o'clock.
